1. Alloy grade

Commercial name plus UNS or W.Nr., such as Nickel 201 / N02201 / 2.4068.

2. Product standard

ASTM, AMS, ASME, EN or customer specification, including revision when controlled.

3. Product form

Plate, sheet, strip, coil, round bar, flat bar, wire, pipe, tube, forging or cut blank.

4. Dimensions

Thickness, width, length, diameter, wall thickness, tolerances and machining allowance.

5. Material condition

Annealed, cold worked, solution treated, aged, pickled, bright or another required condition.

6. Quantity

Pieces, kilograms, metric tons or annual demand, separated by size.

7. Testing and documents

MTC type, PMI, UT, mechanical testing, dimensional report and third-party inspection.

8. Delivery terms

Destination city/port, requested date, Incoterm, packing and marking instructions.
